Shift Entries

  • Allows caregiver with the most immediate knowledge of the resident to enter information regarding behavior occurrences, mood indicators, ADLs, nutrition, elimination, weight, vital signs, glucose, O2 saturation, neuro checks, skin/wounds, therapies, lab results, scheduled doctor visits, treatment results and activity participation directly into the electronic record.
  • Records behavior occurrences to verify the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic drugs
  • Calculates the most appropriate E1, G1-G2, H1-H2 and J2-J3 scores, and P1 and P3 therapy minutes for the most recent MDS but allows the RN Coordinator to retain the ability to determine the final score when editing the MDS.
